2026 Early Bird Classical & World Music Weekend Registration Application

Welcome! Please complete a registration application for each person in your family or music group. We appreciate that this process is a bit redundant for family and group enrollment and we thank you in advance for your time and effort! If you have any questions about or problems with the form, please contact us at info@trccamps.org for answers and assistance.


REMEMBER! This registration form relates only to Early Bird Classical & World Music Weekend enrollment. Please fill out a separate application to register for Bluebird Family Fiddle Camp - immediately following the Early Bird Classical Weekend and claim your $50 BFF Camp discount!

Please choose a Family or Group name. This helps our Registrar identify and group related applicants.

The parent, guardian, or group leader must be listed for all applicants under the age of 18. (Please enter N/A in this and other required fields if the applicant is an adult.)

Instruments and Experience:

Please choose the option below that best describes your musical experience and preferences.

Music Experience - Primary Instrument
Beginner - I already know some songs and I'm learning (or want to learn) to read music.
Advanced Beginner - I take regular lessons - I have played for more than one year. I have basic music reading knowledge.
Intermediate - I have played for over two years - I can read music and play comfortably in an ensemble.
Advanced Intermediate - I play (or could play) in a junior orchestra.
Advanced - I read music at an advanced level and play (or could play) in a high school, college, or community orchestra.
Teacher/Performer - I am a music teacher and/or performer.

Each Early Bird Classical and World Music Weekend enrollment package includes all seven classes and camp activities. Additionally Lodging and meals are INCLUDED in the package price listed below.


There are two lodging options for participants and non-participants (family and friends who come to the workshop but are not participating in classes). Each package includes two nights lodging and five meals; Friday dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast.

(NOTE: Dining services will be closed after Early Bird breakfast on Sunday and will reopen for dinner on Sunday evening for participants of Bluebird Family Fiddle Camp.)


Choose Deluxe Accommodations to book a room Corriher Lodge. These rooms have two queen-sized beds and a private bath. These rooms are perfect for families.


Choose Group Accommodations to book a place in Rowe Dormitory. The dorm rooms have two adjoining rooms, each with two sets of bunkbeds. The rooms are separated by a shared bathroom. These accommodations are perfect for studio or school students attending as a chaperoned group.

School and studio teachers come free of charge if 4 or more confirmed school or studio students enroll from your class. Teachers also enjoy full class participation privileges!


If you are an adult chaperone supporting, 4 school or music studio students, TRCC will also pay the cost of your meals and accommodations! 


We appreciate the responsibility you undertake to bring your studio and/or school students and we delighted that you chose to bring your group to Early Bird Classical and World Music Workshop. (To qualify for the discount, the listed below must register and attend the workshop!)

I authorize Traditional Roots Community Camps, Inc. (TRCC) to share photos and/or videos of the above-named individual on social media and/or for promotional purposes. I understand that personal identifiers such as names and locations, with the exception of public event venue locations, will not be disclosed on public social media or in promotional materials by TRCC staff and/or Trustees.

TRCC has a CLOSED Facebook Group page where campers and their families are invited to stay connected and share photos and comments. Members are strongly encouraged to use only first name references on this restricted access social media forum.

NON-CONSENT DISCLAIMER:

I understand that if my choice is not to share photos and/or videos publicly, Traditional Roots Community Camps, Inc. will make every effort to comply. However, TRCC has no control over, or responsibility for, actions taken by others at this event.

I understand that photography and video recording is typical at all TRCC events and that TRCC staff and/or Trustees do not provide announcements of when photos and/or videos are made other than this disclaimer. Additionally, I am aware that performances and camp activities are live-streamed on social media during TRCC sponsored events.

I accept that it is my responsibility to remain aware of situations where photographs and video recordings are part of the natural course of camp events. I accept responsibility to proactively avoid situations in which the above-named person could be inadvertently included in photographs and videos so that my personal choice to withhold consent does not interfere with other participants' rights to share photo and/or video memories publicly.

Camp Visitation Policy

Traditional Roots Community Camps events are family centered events. We also encourage visitors and community members to come see what makes TRCC events unique and bring participants back year after year. Our visitor policy supports community inclusion and engagement for visitors while being mindful of security for our participating families.


All non-enrolled visitors to the TRCC event facilities and grounds are required to sign in at the registration desk AND receive a Visitor's Badge which must be worn at all times while the visitor is on facility properties as an observer/visitor.


Visitors who would also like to take part in general campus activities such as yoga, dances, join in jam sessions, or attend performances which are not open to the public, can purchase a visitor's wrist band for $35 per day.

Visitor's wrist bands are not valid for class participation

and/or participation in scheduled performances.

A minimum deposit of $50 (each application) is required to finalize your registration. Your $50 deposit includes a $15 non-refundable registration fee.


Confirmation of your registration will be emailed within 5 business days. An itemized 'Family Invoice' will be attached to this confirmation email.

Please pay remaining balances before the due date indicated on your invoice.
